Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A.Orders are roasted weekly and shipped the following week.
Once shipping begins, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A.Yes, we ship world wide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international deliveries may take an additional 7–15 days depending on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Q. How should I store my coffee?
A. Keep your coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For maximum freshness, we recommend sealing it airtight and storing it in the freezer.

Q. Are your drip bags and instant coffee specialty grade?
A. Yes. All of our products are made from specialty-grade coffee beans and go through the same strict quality control as our whole beans.

Q. Are your coffees roasted specifically for filter or espresso?  

A. Roasted to highlight clarity, expression, and balance across all brew methods.

Q. Do you provide brewing guides?

A. Yes. We offer two types of guides: one for precise brewing with scales, and another for simple, no-fuss methods. You can find them on our Brewing Guide page.

Q. Do I have to follow the guide exactly?

A. No. Our guides are there to help you, but coffee brewing is personal, we encourage you to adjust according to your taste.

Q. What’s the difference between Familiar, Vibrant, and Expressive?A. Coffee has a wide range of flavours, and everyone’s taste is different. To help you find your favourite style more easily, we’ve grouped our coffees into three simple profiles:

  • FAMILIAR - Smooth, comforting, and easy to drink.
  • VIBRANT - Bright and juicy with fruit-forward flavours.
  • EXPRESSIVE - Fermentation-driven, complex, and full of character.
