Our commitment

Coffee, thoughtfully sourced and roasted
We source our coffees responsibly and roast them in Melbourne with great care. Each coffee is developed to highlight clarity, balance, and expression across all brew methods. We only release coffees when we believe they are tasting their best.

Objects chosen with purpose
Any equipment, merchandise, or objects we offer are selected for their quality, longevity, and usefulness. These are items we use ourselves and believe genuinely enhance the coffee experience. Nothing is included unless it earns its place.


Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Homebody Union.

Coffee

If there’s an issue with your coffee — whether it’s a quality concern, damage in transit, or something not quite right — please contact us within 30 days of shipment. While opened coffee cannot be physically returned, we’ll always work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may be a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Merchandise & Equipment

Merchandise and equipment may be returned within 30 days of shipment, provided items are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

When getting in touch, please include:

  • your name

  • order number

  • date of purchase

  • item(s) in question

  • a brief description of the issue


Please note

  • Opened coffee cannot be returned

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs for merchandise are the responsibility of the customer

  • If an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, you may choose between a refund, exchange, or credit
