1. 0:00 – Pour 50g water, stir back and forth 3 times
   
   
2. 0:20 – Pour 50g water, stir once
   
   
3. 0:40 – Pour 50g water, stir once
   
   
4. Bypass – Add 50g hot water directly to the cup after brewing
   
   

Without Scales

1. Pour in 3 stages, every 30 seconds:
   
   
2. First pour: Fill the drip bag halfway
   
   
3. Second pour: Fill the drip bag to the top
   
   

Third pour: Refill to the top again
