Juicy lychee and ripe pineapple lead the cup, layered with refined floral notes and a soft jasmine finish.
Vibrant yet elegant, this coffee lives up to its name—complex, harmonious, and beautifully composed.

This lot is produced by Nestor Lasso, one of Huila’s most innovative producers, at his farm in Bruselas, Pitalito.

The Aji Bourbon cherries undergo a carefully sequenced, multi-stage fermentation process. This includes anaerobic fermentation, oxidation with mucilage, and submerged fermentation.
A distinctive hot and cold quenching step follows, designed to lock in delicate aromatics and enhance clarity.

After natural sun drying, the coffee receives a final mechanical finish and is rested for two weeks before export.
The result is a refined and expressive cup, balancing tropical fruit intensity with floral elegance.
