Los Alpes Lot GLA 962 is a beautifully pure washed Geisha coffee from Chiriquí, Panama, grown at 1,700 MASL.
This Green Tip Geisha opens with delicate jasmine aromatics, followed by nectarine-like stone fruit and honeyed sweetness. Bright grapefruit acidity brings clarity and lift, creating a refined and elegant cup.

Brew Guide

Produced at Los Alpes in the highlands of Tizingal, Chiriquí, this lot showcases the clarity and precision that washed Geisha coffees from the region are known for.

After careful handpicking, the cherries undergo an extended 72-hour wet fermentation to develop deeper fruit complexity and sweetness. The coffee is then drum-dried slowly over six days, a controlled process that preserves aromatic lift while maintaining remarkable clarity in the cup.

The result is a refined expression of Green Tip Geisha, where florals, stone fruit and citrus brightness align with a silky structure and a clean, elegant finish.
