Finca Deborah Nirvana is an intensely expressive Geisha from the highlands of Chiriquí, Panama.
Rich cherry wine sweetness and juicy lychee lead the cup, unfolding into a refined peach tart finish.
Luxurious and layered, this coffee delivers remarkable depth while preserving the elegant floral character Geisha is known for.
Produced by Jamison Savage at Finca Deborah, Nirvana represents one of the farm’s most boundary-pushing Geisha lots having recently won the World barista championship and being regularly showcased on the competition stage.
Whole cherries, handpicked at peak ripeness (21–24° Brix), are sealed in stainless steel tanks where oxygen is displaced with nitrogen, creating a fully anaerobic environment.
This nitrogen maceration process encourages unique microbial activity, resulting in heightened fruit saturation and syrupy texture.
Following extended fermentation, the cherries are slowly dried as a full natural, deepening structure and intensity while maintaining aromatic clarity.
The result is a complex yet polished cup—bold in expression, but unmistakably Geisha in elegance.
