Arsosala Grade 1 — Guji (Special Prep) is a beautifully balanced washed coffee from the highlands of Guji, Ethiopia.
Bright notes of cherry and apricot lead the cup, followed by gentle panela sweetness and a soft chocolate finish.
Elegant and clean, this coffee captures the refined character that Guji is known for.

Brew Guide

Founded in 2015, Arsosala Washing Station works with approximately 1,200 smallholder farmers in the Uraga area of Guji.

For this Special Prep lot, only carefully hand-selected cherries—around 90% perfectly ripe—are used.
The cherries undergo an overnight controlled fermentation, followed by a washed process, then are slowly dried on raised beds for up to 20 days.

Grown at elevations of 1,800–1,900 MASL in nutrient-rich red soil, this coffee delivers a clean cup with delicate fruit sweetness, balanced acidity, and layered complexity.
